RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY

 Custom orders, Special orders are NON RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED once placed due to the custom and made to order processes involved. Personalized or logo/company promotional / cannot be returned for any reason. SCG will make a fair attempt to offer alternatives that address your concern. Items marked Close Out are not returnable – they are first quality but are no longer manufactured or stocked at SCG.  Close out and sale items are not returnable or exchangeable..

 DAMAGE IN SHIPPING: Please check your order immediately upon receipt and notify us if the item has been damaged. Please report the damage within 24 hours to SCG We will need photos of the damaged item, as well as photos of the box the damaged item was shipped in. Please email us images or send it through WhatsApp. We must have the images in order to make any deciding factors. It is the customers responsibility to make any claims to the USPS or shipping company of any damages incurred during shipping. This is the purpose of putting insurance on your package. IMPORTANT: Please keep original shipping containers and packaging your item was received in, as they are needed for inspection. 

DISCLAIMER:  Stingerz Custom Gaffs are functional art which is designed and made to gaff fish and assist in the landing of such onboard the boat as well as a piece of artwork that can be displayed or hung on the wall. These gaffs are made with strong industrial epoxies but, not bullet proof. They can chip, crack and scratch when banged and rubbed hard enough on hard rough surfaces, All epoxies even UV inhibited products will yellow in due time specially when exposed to direct sunlight for long periods of time. So to prolong the clear look on the gaffs epoxied areas it's best to clean with soap and rinsed in fresh water after each use and stored away from direct sunlight. SCG will not be held liable for any damages incurred on the gaff once it's received unless it's our fault and you receive it in such a way. If such damage is found upon receiving of the product you must immediately contact us by email/DM, text or phone and take pictures or even a video and describe the damage so we can make an assessment and remedy the issue. Any claims after 24hrs upon opening of the package and no attempt to contact us of damages & defects found will be null and void. 

WARNING: These gaffs come with a very sharp and pointy tip so please be very careful when using/handling this gaff. A gaff is a tool to assist in securing the fish once it's close enough to the boat once it's hooked by the angler, also to help assist in lifting/landing the fish on board the vessel/boat. It should only be used for it's intended purpose and nothing else.
